Where can I stay near Frost Fire?
Coming from out of town? While we are working on building ski-in ski-out cabins, we have a few recommendations!
Will there be tubing this winter at Frost Fire Park?
There will be no tubing at Frost Fire Park. Only skiing and snowboarding will be available.
Can I purchase a half day lift ticket for the morning?
No, half day lift tickets can only be purchased for 1:00pm - 4:00pm when the park is open.
What are US - Canadian border crossing hours?
Walhalla Port
US 8:00am - 6:00pm
Canada 8:00am - 10:00pm
Maida Port
US 9:00am - 5:00pm
Canada 9:00am - 10:00pm
Can I use my E-Bike for mountain biking at Frost Fire?
No, our mountain biking trails were built for non-motorized bikes only.

How to Get Your Tickets
1. Use the link on the Theatre page to select the performance you wish to attend as well as your seats
2. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email and QR code ticket, please have this QR code ready printed or on your mobile device when you arrive to the event for an expedited check in!

What discounts are available for the Summer Theatre?
Military, Group, & Child Discount - 10% off tickets
Applicable to any active military or veteran, groups of 10 or more, as well as children 12 & under. Not applicable with the Early Bird Discount or any other discount or sale. Does not apply to the meal add on.
What if someone from my group reservation can no longer make it?
If someone from your group can no longer make the show, their ticket cannot be transferred to a different show date if the group received a group rate. Since groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount, we are not able to split group reservations among different dates. A new ticket must be purchased, or the group(s) can pay the difference upon the split. Group rate tickets can only be transferred as a group.
